Payment Confirmation

After the initial Application Fee payment is submitted, the Application PDF is generated and requires electronic signature.

When the Application Agent submits the fee and interconnection application, one of two possible confirmation views will appear:

If the Interconnection Customer email is confirmed:

If the Interconnection Customer email is not confirmed:

Once the IC email is confirmed, NOVA will auto send a signature request email

 

When the Interconnection Customer is submitting their own interconnection application and submits the fee payment, they are immediately directed to the PDF document for electronic signature.
